During a concert of the Chamber Orchestra of the Polish Radio Amadeus, honouring the opening of the memorial hall of my father and our family, in my childhood city of Chelmno, I heard the piece Radiff for the first time in my life.

The interpretation and its performance, thanks to the orchestra and conductor Agnieszka Duczmal, opened in me the need to paint this music.

During a conversation with Agnieszka Duczmal, she called it ecumenical, combining so many musical levels, and for me also a human level. Therefore it is the touch of the hand, the seeds of creation and the face of existence.

A few months later, listening to the recording of this piece over and over again, I painted what the music touched in me and this picture was created.
